He is now claiming that he was tortured into a confession. The only thing about that claim is that he is caught on camera with an automatic weapon on the same night and in the same area of the killings. The surviving victims of the attack say that the killers smiled as they sprayed bullets into restaurants and crowds. Today Amir Kasab, now the lone surviving attacker is still smiling in the court room.
